The problem we solve

Most operations don't fail for lack of effort.

They fail at the constraint nobody has named — the process, handoff, or number that quietly caps everything downstream — and at the gap between decisions made in a meeting and actions that actually happen on the floor. Presidential Business Advisory exists to close both gaps.

A

Acceleration

Find the constraint, shorten the path from decision to result.

C

Commitment

Agreed actions, named owners, and dates — tracked and reported, not assumed.

E

Excellence

Documented procedures, quality controls, and client reporting, so results don't depend on any one person being in the room.

Every area is delivered as a defined engagement under the ACE framework.

The engagement ladder

Every relationship starts with a defined product — never an open meter.

1. Assessment / Diagnostic

Start with a Quick-Win Assessment ($2,950, 7 days) or a focused audit — inventory, fleet lifecycle, culture, supply chain — or the full diagnostic (2–3 weeks): findings report, 90-day roadmap, executive briefing.

2. 90-Day Execution

We work the roadmap with your team: owners, dates, weekly tracking.

3. Recurring Oversight

Ongoing operating cadence, scorecards, and accountability after the fixes land.

4. Expansion & Acquisition

Growth moves, ownership transitions, and acquisitions — starting with a Viability Intake or an Overall Evaluation, then Ramp-Up or Ramp-Down as the deal requires.

Methodology

ACE — Acceleration, Commitment, Excellence

ACE is the operating framework behind every Presidential Business Advisory engagement.

A

Acceleration

Acceleration is about the constraint. Every operation has one point that limits the whole system; improving anything else first is motion without progress. We identify the constraint with your own numbers — cost, service, throughput, fleet, capacity — and sequence the work so the highest-payoff fix goes first.

C

Commitment

Commitment is about the follow-through — and about the culture that makes follow-through normal. Findings don't change operations; owned actions with dates do, carried by people who believe the standard applies to them. That is why Commitment is measured, not assumed: our Culture Index reads the workforce itself — environment, trust, accountability — so the human side of execution is managed with the same rigor as the numbers.

E

Excellence

Excellence is operational excellence, delivered the way the industry defines it: an end-to-end overhaul of operational efficiency — value-stream mapping, waste and bottleneck elimination, standard work, quality controls, and KPI governance, in the Lean and Six Sigma tradition. And it is about the result surviving the room: fixes get documented into procedures and reporting, so performance holds when the founder — or the advisor — isn't standing there. The standard is a business that runs on its system, not on heroics.

Commitment, measured

The Culture Index

Culture is where commitment either lives or dies, so we index it. The Culture Index is a tiered assessment of your workforce: a positive work environment read for frontline and hourly teams, and a positive workforce read for middle and senior managers — scored, benchmarked, and turned into an owned action plan, including a review of the benefits packet each tier actually receives.

Excellence, operationalized

The Operations Overhaul

Our Operations Optimization & Operational Excellence engagement is the E of ACE as a package: an efficiency audit of the whole operation — including inventory control, supply chain, and distribution speed — process redesign against the constraint, standard work and scorecards installed, and a 90-day execution cadence to lock the gains in. Fleet is assessed and rebuilt as its own lifecycle-managed department inside the same standard. The same overhaul applies to tech delivery and sales operations.

“ACE is not a slogan layered over consulting. It is the discipline its founder ran at scale.”

Network-level operating cadences across hundreds of sites and thousands of businesses at Amazon, and theater-scale distribution and workforce operations in the U.S. Air Force.

Services

Consulting across operations, leadership, and growth

Presidential Business Advisory is a consulting firm for businesses across industries — delivery and logistics are where the firm's record runs deepest, not where it stops. Texas's growth industries are in scope: energy and oil & gas services, data-center operations, and advanced-technology and aerospace suppliers — alongside tech firms, sales organizations, service businesses, and operational companies, all of which run on the same fundamentals: clear process, accountable leadership, healthy culture, and follow-through. Each service area starts with a paid assessment or diagnostic. No open-ended consulting.

01

Operations Optimization & Operational Excellence

For owners and executives whose business works hard but leaks margin, time, or service quality — logistics, warehouse and distribution, field services, trades, light manufacturing, and equally: technology firms (delivery, onboarding, support, implementation) and sales organizations (pipeline, handoffs, sales operations, revenue operations).

This is the E in ACE — Excellence — delivered as a package and to industry standard: the same discipline a top-tier operations consultancy brings to an efficiency overhaul, applied at owner-led scale. Lean and Six Sigma methods, run by an operator who has executed them across hundreds of sites.

Where we work

  • Operational efficiency audit — value-stream mapping, waste and bottleneck analysis, cost-to-serve, where money and time actually leak
  • Process redesign — flow, takt time, handoffs, and capacity strategy that holds at peak, not just on paper
  • Standard work — documented procedures and quality controls, so performance stops depending on who is on shift
  • KPI systems and operating cadence — scorecards, tiered reviews, and governance that connect daily execution to owner-level results
  • For tech firms: implementation and onboarding throughput, support queues, release-to-customer handoffs, and delivery capacity
  • For sales organizations: pipeline discipline, lead-to-close handoffs, sales-ops reporting, territory and capacity planning, and post-sale delivery alignment — so what is sold is what gets delivered, profitably
  • Automation and AI adoption in operations — where the tools actually pay, sequenced against the work

How it runs — quick wins first

Start with a Quick-Win Assessment ($2,950, 7 days) or the full fixed-scope diagnostic — findings in writing, benchmarked against operator standards run at scale — then a 90-day execution engagement that works the roadmap with your team: owners and dates on every action, tracked weekly.

02

Inventory Control, Audits & Supply Chain / Distribution

Inventory you can trust, audits you can pass, and a supply chain that moves faster — offered as a service, not an afterthought.

Inventory control & audits

  • Inventory control as a service — cycle-count programs, ABC classification, reorder points, and stock-accuracy systems run on a cadence
  • Full and sample inventory audits — counted, reconciled, variance-investigated, and reported in writing for owners, lenders, buyers, and agencies
  • Shrinkage, damage, and obsolescence — root causes named, controls installed, dead stock converted or cleared
  • Warehouse slotting, receiving, and put-away discipline so accuracy survives daily volume
  • Audit readiness — records, counts, and controls prepared before a buyer, lender, or government audit asks for them

Supply chain & distribution value

  • Diverse supplier development: sourcing and onboarding diverse and small suppliers, supplier-diversity spend tracking and reporting, and second-source coverage so no single vendor can stop you
  • Speed of distribution: lead-time compression, dock-to-stock time, order-to-ship velocity, and on-time-in-full (OTIF) performance — measured and improved
  • Speed of shipments: carrier and mode selection, routing, cut-off discipline, and exception management so shipments leave on time and arrive as promised
  • Supplier scorecards, cost and service reviews, and renegotiation support

Start here: Inventory Control Audit (from $3,500) or Supply-Chain & Distribution Review ($6,500).

03

Fleet Operations & Lifecycle Management

For any business that runs a commercial fleet — delivery, field service, construction, transportation, sales and service fleets. Fleet is its own department, and we treat it as one: full lifecycle management, from procurement to disposal, never folded into a general operations review.

Lifecycle management — where we work

  • Fleet procurement consultation: vehicle specification, lease-vs-buy analysis, sourcing, vendor and dealer negotiation, upfit planning, EV / alternative-fuel evaluation, and delivery scheduling — buy the right vehicle, at the right price, on the right terms
  • Vehicle lifecycle and total cost of ownership — acquisition, assignment, in-service management, replacement timing, remarketing and disposal
  • Tax-advantaged repair & maintenance strategy: repair-vs-replace analysis, preventive-vs-corrective cost timing, warranty recovery, and maintenance planning structured with your CPA so deductible repairs, capitalized improvements, and depreciation are handled deliberately — we advise on the operational plan; your CPA makes the final tax call
  • Maintenance and MRO programs — preventive schedules, vendor management, parts and inventory for maintenance, downtime and uptime accountability
  • Cost per mile / per route economics — fuel, maintenance, insurance, and idle capacity made visible
  • Safety and compliance — scorecards, event review, and the insurance-renewal picture your record creates
  • Fleet technology — telematics and fleet systems selected, sequenced, and actually adopted

How it runs

A standalone Fleet Lifecycle Review (from $3,500) or the full Fleet Operations Diagnostic: your fleet's procurement, lifecycle, maintenance, and cost picture documented in your own numbers, with a replacement, procurement, and program roadmap. It stands alone, or runs as a dedicated workstream inside an operations overhaul.

Start here: Fleet Lifecycle Review or Fleet Operations Diagnostic

04

Culture, Leadership & Workforce — The Culture Index

Leadership and culture are the C in ACE — Commitment — made measurable. This service pairs leadership alignment and development with the Culture Index: our tiered assessment of whether your workforce environment is helping execution or quietly taxing it. It applies in every sector — a tech team's engineering culture and a sales floor's accountability culture are read with the same rigor as a warehouse floor.

Leadership component: executive and manager alignment sessions, leadership accountability cadence, manager coaching priorities, and succession / bench-strength review — so the standard set at the top is the standard carried on the floor, in the office, and on sales calls.

Most culture work is one survey for everybody. Workforces aren't built that way — the floor and the leadership team live in different cultures inside the same company — so the Index is tiered to match:

Tier 1 — Frontline & hourly teams

Positive Work Environment

  • Workplace climate: safety, respect, fairness, and whether the job is set up to be done well
  • Frontline supervisor practices — where environment is actually created, shift by shift
  • Turnover and absenteeism drivers, named with evidence, not anecdotes
  • Benefits packet review — what frontline staff actually receive, measured against what comparable employers offer
Tier 2 — Middle & senior managers

Positive Workforce

  • Leadership alignment — whether managers carry the same standard the owner sets
  • Accountability culture: owned commitments, honest reporting, consequences that hold
  • Manager engagement and retention — the layer every other result depends on
  • Benefits and total-rewards packet alignment at the management level, so the offer matches the accountability expected

Deliverables: a Culture Index score for each tier assessed, a written findings report, and an action plan with owners and dates — the same ACE discipline as every other engagement. Either tier stands alone; the Combined Index reads the whole company.

05

Entity Formation & Government Contracting

For founders forming a business entity, and for established businesses that want federal and state government contracts — the full path from formation to first bid, handled as one engagement. Presidential Business Advisory LLC itself pursues and performs state and federal contract work (see the government buyers note below) — we teach the system we work in.

Entity formation

  • Entity selection and formation — LLC or corporation structured for how the business will operate, contract, and eventually transition
  • EIN, state filings, and formation documents coordinated end to end (state filing fees at cost)
  • Operating structure set up contract-ready from day one — banking, bookkeeping handoff, and compliance calendar

Government contracting readiness

  • SAM.gov registration with UEI and CAGE code; NAICS codes selected from what you actually sell
  • Certification preparation where you qualify — SDVOSB / VOSB, 8(a), HUBZone, WOSB, and state diversity and vendor certifications
  • State vendor portal registrations and a professional capability statement
  • Bid readiness: opportunity pipeline, first-bid support, and the operating standards agencies expect a contractor to run

Start here: Formation & Registration, or the full GovCon Launch package

06

Ownership Transition & Acquisition Advisory

For buyers and sellers of businesses of any kind — logistics and delivery, warehouse and distribution, field services, trades, technology and SaaS businesses, sales organizations and agencies, and other owner-led companies. Acquisition is a leadership and culture decision as much as a financial one: we evaluate the numbers, the operation, the leadership bench, and the culture you would inherit. Buying, selling, handing over, ramping up, or winding down: each is a separate service below, with its own intake, deliverable, and fee.

Delivery-network transfers — including Amazon DSP and FedEx Ground contractor changes — are handled inside this service where they apply. A DSP family transfer (for example, a 51% majority transfer) is one sub-element of the sell-side work, not the service itself.

Component A — Start here if you are buying

Acquisition Viability Intake

A structured intake that answers one question before you spend real money: is this acquisition viable — and on what terms? You bring the target's numbers; we test them the way a buyer, a lender, and an operator would.

  • Profit, properly stated: EBITDA, adjusted EBITDA, and seller's discretionary earnings (SDE) — add-backs tested, owner pay and one-offs normalized
  • Cash reality: free cash flow, debt service coverage, working-capital need, and what the business can actually carry in debt
  • Revenue quality: customer and contract concentration, recurring vs. one-off revenue, pricing and margin trend
  • Cost & asset truth: labor, insurance, fleet and equipment condition, deferred CapEx, leases and obligations you would inherit
  • Value & risk: valuation range on market multiples, transferability of contracts and agreements, key-person risk, and red flags that should reprice or kill the deal

Deliverable: a written Go / Conditional Go / No-Go memo — viability verdict, valuation range, conditions, and the diligence list to close the gaps. 7–10 business days from complete intake.

Component B — Buyers & sellers

Overall Business Evaluation

The full evaluation behind a buy, a sale, or a handover — the successor to a standalone diagnostic, covering the whole business, not one department.

  • Financial evaluation: three-year trend, EBITDA bridge, balance-sheet and cash-flow read
  • Operational evaluation: capacity, process, fleet, staffing, and where performance is created or lost
  • Market & contract evaluation: position, concentration, and what transfers at closing — and what resets
  • People & culture evaluation: leadership depth, retention risk, and Culture Index where it bears on value
  • Readiness scoring for buyer, seller, and business — with a sequenced plan and dates to close each gap

Deliverable: written evaluation report, valuation range, readiness scores, and a path-by-path recommendation — sell, buy, transfer, ramp, or wait — modeled against your actual numbers.

Component C — For buyers & new owners

Ramp-Up — Post-Acquisition

You bought it. Now it has to perform. Ramp-Up is hands-on support for the first 90 days under new ownership:

  • 30 / 60 / 90-day stabilization plan — cash controls, staffing, and service continuity from day one
  • Leadership and team reset: roles, standard work, KPI cadence, and accountability installed
  • Fleet, capacity, and vendor readiness — what must be fixed now vs. sequenced
  • Customer, carrier, and lender onboarding handled in the right order, with nothing dropped in the handover
Component D — For sellers & owners exiting

Ramp-Down — Pre-Sale & Orderly Wind-Down

You are selling, transferring, or closing — the goal is to stay as profitable as possible, for as long as you own it, while carrying as little risk as possible:

  • Profit protection glidepath: discretionary spend frozen in the right order, margin defended to closing
  • Exposure reduction: fleet and lease wind-down, staffing glidepath, contract and vendor closeout sequenced — no stranded costs
  • Risk closeout: receivables collected, liabilities, insurance tail, and compliance items named and cleared before they become the buyer's discount — or your problem after sale
  • Clean handover pack: records, SOPs, and asset condition documented so value is provable, not argued

Sell-side paths — modeled inside the Evaluation

Path 1 — Non-family transfer

Sale or internal-manager handoff

  • The incoming owner/operator must be fully vetted and approved before the transfer closes — vetting readiness is the long pole, and it is plannable.
  • Where a carrier or franchisor agreement applies, a non-family transfer can cost the business its volume share / route allocation. That reset is a known consequence — manageable if modeled in advance, damaging if it surprises you.
  • What we do: vetting-readiness preparation, volume-loss modeling, deal sequencing, and the Ramp-Up plan that rebuilds volume and performance after the reset.
Path 2 — Family transfer · sub-element

Including a 51% majority transfer to a family member

  • In delivery-network businesses, a majority transfer to a family member can maintain the business's size through the transition. In other businesses, the equivalent question — what continuity a family transfer preserves — is answered in the Evaluation.
  • The family member must still be able to be vetted where vetting applies — eligibility is assessed and prepared early, never assumed.
  • What we do: transfer structure, vetting preparation, and the operating and governance design for split ownership — who decides what, how the business runs day to day under the split, and how the founder steps back without the operation drifting.

Buyer side, in full: Viability Intake first, Overall Evaluation second, Ramp-Up after close. Seller side, in full: Overall Evaluation first, Ramp-Down to closing, clean handover last. Each component is bought separately — you never have to buy the whole chain.

Guardrails, stated plainly: our advice runs to your own business, on your operations, finances, and ownership decisions. We bring an operator's experience and judgment — not any carrier's internal material, and never advice aimed at working around your carrier, franchise, or contract agreements. Valuation and financial review are advisory; final tax, legal, and lending decisions stay with your CPA, attorney, and lender, and we work alongside them.
Exit & Succession Planning

When the operation stops paying you

You can be busier than ever — more volume, more people, more contracts — and still lose money. When that is the picture, in any industry, the question is no longer how to work harder. It is what this business is worth, to whom, and on what timeline.

intake@presidentialba.com

It usually looks like this:

Margins gone, even at volume

The operation runs hard and keeps nothing — volume grows, profit doesn't.

Costs climbing every cycle

Insurance, labor, and compliance costs rising at every renewal and every hire — each year more expensive to run than the last.

Aging assets, no replacement capital

Fleet, equipment, and facilities aging past the standard your customers expect — and the capital to replace them isn't there.

Expenses outrunning the business

Fixed overhead, debt service, and the compensation the operation is expected to support have grown past what current margins can carry. The business spends heavily just to stand still — with too little left as a return on your own work.

Cash thin enough that outside tests become the risk — a lender's covenants, a key customer's or franchisor's financial review, a carrier's standards. An operation that can't fund itself can lose the agreements it depends on, and then there is nothing left to sell.

An unprofitable operation does not get more valuable by waiting. The owners who come out of this well are the ones who run the numbers early and choose their exit instead of having it chosen for them.

Your real options

Six paths cover nearly every business, in any industry. The right one depends on your numbers, your contracts and obligations, and who can run the business without you — which is exactly what the Evaluation models before you choose.

1

Sell to an outside buyer

A strategic buyer, a competitor, or an independent owner-operator pays market price for a business that can run without you. Price has to reflect what the buyer actually gets — earnings, contracts, and asset condition as they transfer — and structure matters more than the headline number: the right structure is the difference between walking away with real money and walking away from a wind-down. Where a carrier, franchisor, or key customer must approve the transfer, that approval — and any reset it triggers — is modeled in advance, not discovered at closing.

2

Sell to investors — or sell part of it

Private-equity and investor buyers are active well beyond transportation and logistics — in services, technology, energy, healthcare, and distribution alike. A partial sale or recapitalization lets you take money off the table while keeping a stake and a role. Either way it is modeled on earnings, growth, and how much of the business depends on you personally.

3

Transfer within the family

A majority transfer (51%) to a family member can preserve the business's size and continuity through the change. Where vetting or approval applies — a carrier, franchisor, lender, or key customer — eligibility gets assessed and prepared early, never assumed.

4

Hand it to your leadership team

A management buyout: your operations manager or leadership team takes ownership, financed against the business itself. They already know the operation — the real questions are readiness, financing, and whether the business performs without you. We model all three before anyone promises anything.

5

Employee ownership (ESOP)

Sell to the people who run it, through an employee stock ownership plan — a proven path for profitable companies with a stable workforce, with tax advantages worth modeling alongside your CPA. It rewards the team that built the value and keeps the business, and its jobs, intact.

6

Partner buyout — or an orderly wind-down

A co-owner or partner buys your stake on agreed terms. Or, when no sale beats it, the business closes in order: contracts finished properly, assets sold at value, obligations cleared — your capital and your record protected instead of eroded by a forced ending.

The point of doing this right

A clean exit protects what you have built: your capital, your record, and your ability to start the next thing on purpose instead of recovering from this one. Exiting well is not quitting — it is the last operating decision of the business, and it deserves the same rigor as the first.

Start here: the Overall Business Evaluation

Your current position documented in your own numbers, every path above modeled against them, a written recommendation, and a sequenced plan with dates. Fixed scope, fixed fee, confirmed in writing before work begins. Buying instead of selling? Start with the Acquisition Viability Intake ($3,500) — EBITDA, cash flow, and risk tested before you commit.

After the decision: ramp up, or ramp down

The evaluation tells you which way to go. These two services do the going — one for the buyer who just took over, one for the seller on the way out. They are separate engagements, bought separately.

Ramp-Up · Buyers

Ramp-Up — the first 90 days under new ownership

A new owner inherits the problems along with the business. Ramp-Up stabilizes cash, staffing, assets, and service in the first 30 days, then installs the operating cadence — standard work, scorecards, owned actions — that turns a purchase into a performing business instead of a rescue.

$24,500 flat · 90 days.

Ramp-Down · Sellers

Ramp-Down — profitable and low-risk to the last day you own it

Selling well is not coasting. Ramp-Down defends margin while exposure comes down: spend, fleet, leases, and staffing wound down in the right order, receivables and liabilities closed out, and a handover pack that proves value — so you stay profitable and carry as little risk as possible through closing, or through an orderly wind-down if there is no buyer.

$19,500 flat · 60–90 days.

Products & Engagements

Defined products. Defined deliverables. End dates.

Engagements are fixed-scope with defined deliverables and end dates. Each category is priced on its own market norms — an operational-excellence diagnostic, a fleet diagnostic, a culture assessment, and a government-contracting launch are different products with different going rates, and the pricing below reflects that, category by category. Terms: 50% on signing, 50% on delivery; cards accepted — unless stated otherwise for a scoped engagement.

Pricing basis — read this first

One national rate card. Not a Texas-only price, not a GSA price.

Every fee on this page is our national standard rate, benchmarked to the U.S. consulting market for work at this scope and seniority. It is the same price in Austin as it is for a client in any other state, and the same basis we use for private-sector and government-facing work. It is not a discounted Texas-market rate, and it is not a published federal / GSA Schedule price — where a government buyer requires a GSA or agency-specific rate, that rate is quoted separately in writing for that procurement. Travel outside the Austin metro is billed at cost when an engagement requires it.

Finalized categories · Ownership Transition & Acquisition

Transition & Acquisition — four categories

From $3,500

Buyers start at Category 1. Sellers start at Category 2. Ramp-Up and Ramp-Down are bought only when a deal or an exit is actually moving — each category stands alone, on the national rate card above.

CategoryWhat you getFee
1 · Acquisition Viability Intake
7–10 business days
Structured intake on a named target: EBITDA / adjusted EBITDA / SDE tested, cash flow & debt capacity, revenue quality & concentration, asset & fleet condition, valuation range, transferability & risk flags. Written Go / Conditional Go / No-Go memo with conditions and diligence list.$3,500 flat
2 · Overall Business Evaluation
2–3 weeks
The full evaluation for a buy, sale, or handover: financial, operational, market / contract, and people review; valuation range; readiness scores for buyer, seller, and business; every path modeled — outside sale, manager handoff, and family transfer (including a 51% majority transfer where it applies). Written report + sequenced plan with dates.$7,500–$15,000
Lite — $5,000: single-path evaluation, report + briefing only
3 · Ramp-Up — Post-Acquisition
90 days · buyers / new owners
Stabilize and build what you just bought: 30 / 60 / 90-day plan, cash controls, staffing & leadership reset, fleet & capacity readiness, KPI cadence, and customer / carrier / lender onboarding — worked alongside your team, weekly tracking.$24,500 flat
4 · Ramp-Down — Pre-Sale / Wind-Down
60–90 days · sellers / exiting owners
Stay profitable and reduce exposure on the way out: spend & margin glidepath, fleet / lease / staffing wind-down in order, receivables & liability closeout, insurance-tail & compliance clearance, and a documented handover pack that protects your price.$19,500 flat

Deal support through closing — sequencing, vetting preparation, and buyer / seller coordination after an Evaluation — is scoped in writing from the Evaluation report, typically $12,500–$30,000 by complexity. No success fee is charged on top of these fees unless agreed in writing before work begins. Terms on Categories 1–2: 50% on signing, 50% on delivery; Categories 3–4: 50% on signing, 50% at day 45; cards accepted.

90-Day Execution Engagement

$25,000–$45,000

The roadmap, worked. Ninety days of execution alongside your team: the prioritized fixes implemented in sequence, weekly tracking against owners and dates, and an operating cadence installed so the work survives the engagement. Priced by scope inside the market range for a transformation engagement of this depth; naturally follows a diagnostic, whose roadmap defines the scope.

Recurring Oversight / Managed Advisory

$3,500–$6,500 / mo

Ongoing oversight after execution: operating reviews, scorecards, and accountability on a recurring cadence — including post-transition support (acceleration-plan management on a non-family transfer; split-ownership governance support on a family transfer) and Culture Index re-measurement.

Expansion Projects

Scoped per engagement

Growth projects beyond the standard ladder — expansion planning, transformation programs, multi-site rollouts — scoped and priced individually, in writing, before work begins. Acquisitions and transitions use the four finalized categories above, not a scoped quote.

About

About Presidential Business Advisory

Presidential Business Advisory is a private consulting firm based in Austin, Texas. The firm works with owners and executives across logistics and delivery, warehouse and distribution, field services, trades, energy and oil & gas services, data-center and advanced-technology operations, technology, sales organizations, and government contracting — through defined engagements built on the ACE framework: optimize how the business runs, lead and build the culture that carries it, control inventory and supply chain with discipline, structure the entity to win work in private and public markets, and handle acquisitions and ownership transitions that decide what a business is ultimately worth. The firm itself is available for federal and state contract work.

Mission

To make businesses perform at their full standard — in any sector. That means efficient operations and operational excellence; fleets managed across their full lifecycle, from procurement to disposal; inventory controlled and audited so the numbers can be trusted; supply chains built on diverse suppliers and distribution that moves fast; leadership aligned and a positive workforce and workplace measured and built on purpose; acquisitions evaluated honestly — EBITDA, cash flow, leadership, and culture — and integrated well; and entities formed and positioned to win federal and state work. Clear diagnosis, quick wins first, owned action, disciplined execution: that is the work, in every service area, for every client — a logistics operator, a tech firm, a sales organization, or an agency buyer.

Vision

A landscape where businesses of every size and sector run on systems instead of heroics — excellent by design, led by leaders whose standard is visible in the culture, staffed by people who are committed because that culture earns it, supplied by a broad and resilient supplier base, and structured to compete for the largest work in both private and public markets. Presidential Business Advisory is the firm owners and executives call at the moments that decide a business: when it must perform, when it must scale, when it must acquire or be acquired, when it must be built — and when it must change hands.
